4G LTE service erratic in west Chicago burbs (60513) for iPhone 5

I purchased an iPhone 5 maybe 4 weeks ago from Best Buy on an upgrade.? I was really surpised and happy to see I was pulling 4G LTE all around the Chicago land area.? Even downtown where it was not suppose to be yet, I was able to get 4G LTE and the speeds were MUCH better than the 3G speeds of Sprint's recent times.? Happy camper.

Early November rolls around and my iPhone's gorilla glass decides to pop up on the right side of the phone creating a creaky to the touch iPhone, so ******!? So I take it back to Best Buy and arange for a return when Apple sends more iPhone 5's out the wild.? monday November 12th rolls around and I pop into my local Best Buy with my old creaky iPhone still pulling data from 4G LTE ready to exchange for a new one, hopefully post Apple's quality demand policy.? I swap the phone at Best Buy and activate over Celluar Data.? I go home about an hour late and do a full restore from my iCloud back.?

I then leave my house to run additional errands.? I noticed when I left I was not pulling any cellular data.? I kept receiving an error saying something like Not Subscribed to a Cellular Data Network Plan although I was pulling 3G and 4G LTE in the normal spots.? I called Sprint Customer service assuming the setup/activation did not take and I needed to a do a Network push or reset, etc.?? I spend an hour? on the phone with a customer service rep and I was not able to get the issue resolved.? He suggested I take it back as it might a phone problem.? Great.? So I go immediately back to Best Buy and immediately the Mobile phone rep claims its Sprints's network tower's etc.? My wife has a iPhone 4S on my Sprint plan and was receiving data this entire time.? Calls were coming thru my phone and text, just data was not activating.? I had a hard time believing it was Sprint as I just had my old creaky iPhone 5 running great and my wife's and daughter's iPhone 4S not having any problems.?

Eventually after about an hour of hitting refresh while outside of 3G service in the "O" network, I stopped receiving the error message and was able to load a web page in the browser.? I called Sprint later that day ****** and looking for answers.? I was told a tower was down and would not be back until the 16th of Novemeber.? I am able to receive data fine but have not received any LTE service since Monday.? I know there is a SLEW of updates happening in the area.

I am posting this is a annoucment.? If anyone has answers great.? I searched and scoured to find anyone that had this issue as well.? I am the only Sprint iPhone 5 user in the Chicago burbs?
